1. About TOWWO

TOWWO is a vehicle purchasing service operating in Washington State. We buy junk, used, damaged, and unwanted vehicles directly from private sellers. We are not a dealership, broker, or auction service.

2. Offer Requests

Submitting a form on our website constitutes a request for a cash offer on your vehicle. An offer request is not a binding sale. All offers are:

• Subject to physical inspection of the vehicle
• Valid for 7 days from the date issued
• Subject to change if vehicle condition differs materially from the description provided
• Contingent on verification of clear title in the seller's name

3. Title Requirements

Washington State law requires a valid, signed certificate of title to transfer vehicle ownership. By submitting an offer request, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle
• The vehicle has a clean, lien-free title in your name (or you are the authorized agent of the owner)
• There are no undisclosed encumbrances on the vehicle

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase if title issues arise during or after the transaction.

4. Free Towing

Free towing is provided as part of completed vehicle purchases within our service area in Washington State. Towing is not available for offer requests that do not result in a completed sale. Availability may vary by location and scheduling.

5. Payment

Payment is made at the time of vehicle pickup. We pay cash or via bank transfer. The amount paid will match the agreed offer, provided the vehicle's condition is consistent with the description given at the time of the offer.

6. SMS Communications

By submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS/text messages from TOWWO at the phone number you provide. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message types: Offer confirmations, scheduling, follow-up updates related to your vehicle
• Frequency: Up to 5 messages per vehicle offer request
• Costs: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from further messages

TOWWO uses Twilio, Inc. as its SMS delivery provider. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your phone number is handled.

7. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information about your vehicle
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors. Cash offer estimates provided through our form are preliminary and not binding until confirmed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TOWWO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law
