About TOWWO
We buy junk, damaged, and unwanted cars across Washington State — and we try to make it as simple as possible. No games at pickup, no mystery fees, no haggling over the number we quoted you.
Same-day offers
Tell us about your car and get a real offer fast — usually within a few hours.
Free towing
When we buy the car, pickup is free. No tow fees, no hidden deductions at pickup.
Cash at pickup
We pay when we pick up the car — not after we process it, not a week later.
We handle the paperwork
Title transfer, Vehicle Transfer Notification with WA DOL — we walk you through every step.
What We Buy
TOWWO buys cars in any condition — running or not. That includes vehicles with mechanical problems, accident damage, flood damage, fire damage, and high mileage. We buy cars with salvage titles, rebuilt titles, or clean titles.
Common vehicles we buy: old sedans and SUVs that aren't worth repairing, fleet vehicles, work trucks, cars after accidents, inherited vehicles, and cars that have been sitting for years. If it has a VIN and a Washington State title, we're likely interested.
How the Process Works
Step 1 — Tell us about your car. Use the form on our homepage or call us at (425) 800-6828. We need the year, make, model, condition, mileage, and location.
Step 2 — Get an offer. We'll give you a cash offer based on your vehicle details. No obligation to accept.
Step 3 — Schedule pickup. If you accept, we'll schedule a pickup time that works for you — usually within a few business days.
Step 4 — We come to you. Our driver arrives with payment. We load the car, you sign the title over to us, and you receive cash on the spot.
Step 5 — We handle the rest. We file the Vehicle Transfer Notification with the Washington State DOL so the car is no longer in your name.
Why Sellers Choose TOWWO
The junk car market has a reputation for bait-and-switch: a buyer quotes $500 on the phone and arrives with $300, claiming the car had problems they didn't know about. We don't operate that way. The number we quote is the number we pay — unless something you told us about the car turns out to be significantly different in person.
We also don't charge for towing. Some buyers advertise high offers but subtract a $150–$250 tow fee at pickup, which is the same as offering less from the start. With TOWWO, towing is included.
We serve all of Washington State, including rural areas where most buyers won't travel. If you're in a smaller town and your car has been sitting because nobody will come out — call us.

What Happens to Your Car After We Pick It Up
Cars go through an assessment: if they can be resold as drivers or project cars, they may go to auction. If they're not drivable, usable parts are pulled first — engines, transmissions, doors, and other components that can give another vehicle a longer life. What's left goes to a metal recycler. About 80% of a car's material is recoverable as steel and aluminum.
All hazardous fluids — oil, coolant, brake fluid, AC refrigerant — are drained and disposed of according to Washington State environmental regulations before any crushing or shredding occurs.
